Dartmoor Walk

Last weekend we took our annual trip to the fabulous Two Bridges Hotel for fabulous wine food and relaxation. Whilst there we had a stroll on Dartmoor, up to Princetown, out along the old railway line, down to the disused quarry with the lake at the bottom where the Royal Marines Comandos train on their zip wires and abseiling then up to the radio mast and back to the Plume of Feathers in Princetown again. Here’s a little video of the walk, I’ve never seen the view so clearly from the top of dartmoor, it was fabulous, sunny but very cold. The Geese at the end are residents at the Two Bridges.

The people on the video are obviously myself, my wife Mary and friends, Louisa Cain and Dave Kiteley. Also with us were good friends Michelle Reeder, Debbie Powell & Andy (Cozy) Powell.

Then whilst on route to Princetown from Two Bridges we encountered some Long Necked Sheep and some short necked Lamas.
