Liam’s 16!

I can’t believe how fast it’s gone by, I’ve been his dad since he was 4 years old and now he’s 16, amazing. Last weekend we celebrated with him loads, he took a few friends to the cinema and wasn’t allowed in even after Mary had bought the tickets for them, aparently some of them hadn’t brought their ID with them so the whole lot were chucked out.

Then we met them at the Stables restaurant and bought them all a load of Pizzas, we weren’t allowed to sit with the cool teenagers so we ate and drank upstairs.

Sunday he asked to go to a Chineese so we went to Ming Wah’s and had a fab meal, food shouldn’t be that brightly coloured or delicious so I ate until I could literally eat no more.

Today we’re off to Kingston Maurwood College to see if any of the courses there are any good for Liam, he’s got to stay in school until he’s 18 which is daft for a non-academic like him, but if I can persuade him to learn to be a plumber he’ll be employed for ever!!!
